Casino Facts by State
Minimum gambling age varies by state and by venue (18 or 21). Check the state page and the venue before you go. Gambling can be harmful. This site gives facts about visiting casinos, not gambling advice, and nothing here predicts or promises winning. Casino facts by state, with sources

This site currently lists 614 casino properties in 29 states, taken from official state gaming regulator and agency pages (for Rhode Island and Delaware, the state lottery; for tribal casinos, the state agency that lists them, since tribal casinos are not state-licensed). Each entry shows a source link and the date we last verified it, and anything we could not verify says "Not confirmed". Nine of them (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine) also have detailed pages on age, smoking, parking and rewards. No rankings, no "best of", no tips for winning.

Lists reflect only what each regulator page shows; they may not include every gaming venue in a state. States covered: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin. Data check 2026-10-17.
