How to enroll: Sign up on the PGCB website; or schedule an appointment at a PGCB office or visit a PGCB office located in a licensed facility. To schedule: Office of Compulsive and Problem Gambling, 717-346-8300, [email protected]. Length is selected at enrollment; casino self-exclusions of one or five years remain in effect until the person requests removal. Violating terms can mean forfeited winnings and a criminal trespass citation.
